I'll be the first to copy Candice, I guess. This is for all my family/friends who want to see Nora crawling. Enjoy!

I felt like Nora's skin was looking yellow lately and I freaked thinking she had jaundice. Then someone else said she looked yellow to them, so onto the Internet I went. Did you know if a baby eats food that contains carotene such as squash, sweet potatoes, and carrots, it turns their skin yellow? I've been making my own baby food and guess what I just made and what Nora's been eating ALL week long. Squash, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Just dashed to the store and bought some apple sauce, green beans and avacados. Look at her face in the bath picture. I've turned my baby into a sweet potato! The things you learn. . . . .

We had a great time in Cookeville. I knew since Candice and I have been friends since we were four, that our daughters (who are six days apart) would be fast friends as well. They were two peas in a pod. Carrigan liked Nora's ears....
Nora liked Carrigan's toes
Nora liked to cover Carrigan's face when people were trying to snap a picture
Had to get the "shared bath" picture to blackmale later
Nora fit right in with Anna Catherine and Isabelle. They are the sweetest kids and Candice is the best mom! She's extremely patient and makes having three kids look like a piece of cake
The only downside is that Nora didn't sleep for two days straight. She never sleeps when we travel which makes for a miserable drive home for me because when babies don't sleep, mom's don't either. ughhh. Candice has a funny picture of Nora in Carrigan's crib. This was how we found her every time we checked on her....way until 4 in the morning. Usually there was screaming involved. It was a great trip and David made some great chocolate chip cookies and pulled a switcharoo with the recipe. Pretty impressive, Dave. Love you guys and can't wait to come back!

This week I'm on fall break so we've been having lots of fun. We went swimming today at our gym's indoor pool and I finally put Nora's face under water. She loved it. We'll have to definitely go back. We're counting down the days until we head to Cookeville to see the Stites' girls. Just a few more days!

Today Nora is 7 months and she got blessed at church (baby blessing) where she received her bible and affirmation from our church that we are team raising her together to know God. It was a special day! If you look close you can see her two teeth in the last picture.
