Some Pictures of Nora at School

Nora's school has a website now where they post pictures. Here's some from the site:

Here's Nora on "dress like mommy day"

I'm so thankful she's adjusting well. She loves going to school and is learning so much. They have several teachers come in (art, spanish, music, curriculum) and she is just soaking it all up. I'm loving being able to see the changes in her since she has started this program. It's definitely been a blessing in our lives. She just lights up when we go over things they learned that day once I have her at home. Too cute.

Catch Up

Over labor day weekend we flew to Houston and got to spend time with Kevin's family. Nora loved finding hiding spots in Nana and Ganga's house and playing with "toys" like towels and such. She also loved spending time with Aunt Lolo and cousin Ethan. She'd constantly walk around going "Ethan, where are you?" We were also blessed to be able to spend time with Mamaw who came up from Saginaw, and Mr. Culpepper, a dear family friend. It was a busy weekend (we even caught a high school football game and the boys caught a Texas A&M game to watch cousin Austin in the corp (specifically the calvary...the guys that shoot the canon at the A&M game) and we're so thankful for our safe trip and can't wait until we can return.

Just a few random things about Nora. She's really into coloring. She'll draw on anything at any time (ie. see our couch) but it cracks me up some of the places she's been choosing to draw. She's pretty good about keeping it on paper for the most part, but has her moments.

We got to attend Rock n Romp this weekend, which Nora loves to do. "Thanks Mr. Chris for showing me how to mark on my nose, I even managed to get it inside my nose" Love, Nora.

I'll leave you with Kevin's sidewalk chalk art. Read closely.
