Hang Down Your Head Tom Du uuuuley

The most random thing happened Saturday morning. We were on our way to the Farmers Market downtown to meet friends ( at 8:30 am) and stopped for a donut. This man (who I'm guessing is around 80 or 90) was outside a donut shop playing guitar? At 8:30 in the morning?? I think it's the first time he's ever picked up a guitar but bless his heart, he was really rockin out. I took a picture because he had a cigarette stuck in the end of his guitar and would stop mid song to puff on it. Kevin gave him a dollar and said "keep on playin, brother"
We haven't seen our friends in forever because everyone's been traveling so this was the weekend with friends. We hung out at the Lareau's Friday night and then all met at the FM Saturday morning. Here's my one purchase...flowers. We're on an 87 Volvo budget now. Virginia was very interested in playing with Nora. She is the cutest e.v.e.r I'm sure she can't wait until Nora can actually do something with her. They just took turns touching each other. She'd grab Nora's arm then Nora would grab hers. Poor Meredith Lareau was teething so she was asleep. Maybe one of these days we'll get a picture of the three together.
Nora swimming in the kiddy pool with Dad. Fun weekend. Now I have to mentally prepare for work tomorrow. It takes a loonngg time. ughgggggggggghhhhhh

That's funny, Tammie. That's what I noticed too! I love the vintage suit. It just looks so cute on her! And, I love your dining room...and the flowers, of course!! Glad you had a great weekend. I love any time I get to go to the Farmers Market. And, hey, maybe Kevin can sit and play guitar when he's old like that guy. I'm sure he'd make some good money!!
