Can somebody explain to me how you can have your thermostat set on 63 degrees, but your electric bill continues to be out of control? And how in the world do you dispute it? I'm sorry, sir, but there is no way we used 136.4 G-1 Risidual Gas. I only documented 125. what?
anyone out there from memphis light, gas, and water? anyone?

What I hate is how much more gas costs, per unit, in the wintertime than it does in the summertime. And also how much more electricity costs, per unit, in the summertime than in the wintertime.

Did you call? I think MLGW is not being forthright in recent billing cycles. One thing I can tell you is that the December bill included an extra week for some reason. But I can't tell you how many people I've heard say that there most recent bill HAD TO HAVE BEEN WRONG. My brother's doubled. These guys are shady. Surprise.

Sorry about the bill and all, but the picture is hilarious. It reminds me of the dad in Father of the Bride 2 because the pregnant girls were keeping it so cold.

Update on MLGW. Our bill came yesterday. Guess what it was. Guess. Zero. $0.00. I'm not complaining, but something is definitely rotten in Denmark.

Can we come live with y'all?

Kate! I am praying that will happen to us!

Our bill was double this past month, and except for the occasional 2 hours that I move the therm. up to 70, it usually sits on 60 degrees through the whole winter.

Denmark STINKS!

I also want to say that I have thought MANY a time that I should call and get them to price-fix our bills. Well, I don't really know what it's called, but they take your yearly bill from the past year and divide it by 12. Then you are at least paying a fixed rate each month. Less surprises? Does anyone know if this works?
