Ok, this is not my child.
Apparently the zoo on wheels came to visit Nora's school and decided to bring the freaky pets out. Yes, that's Nora touching a roach the size of my hand. And, had I known a rat was that close to me (my office is about 20 yards away) I would have skipped work today. eek!

EEeeewwww...They used to come to my school. The teachers were always more scared than the kids.

Yeah, I had the creepy crawlies just LOOKING at the pictures. I quickly passed the rat pic. I would have laughed hysterically if you had chosen that moment to go check in on Nora. It would have made a great story. :)
I guess if they had a black hairy jumpy spider there, you would have been hugging all over it. Still loving you for killing that one in my kitchen.
Give Nora another year or two, and you'll have her trained to scream and run at the sight of a roach (and probably any fish).
